The Hotel-Inn was established in 1989. It has a breathtaking view of the famous Taal Lake.

The front, facing the road is used as parking slots for guests. The back has the spectacular view of the famous Taal Lake. There is no lobby as in modern inns; but the innkeeper answers the door for each visitor.

The Inn has a total lot area of 1,331 sq.m. It was being leased for ₱150,000.00/month which can be terminated once an interested buyer steps up.
