The company started as a supplier of Handkerchiefs and neckties to small boutique shops in Metro Manila since 1996/97 until the owner realized its business potential in malls. The owner grab the opportunity to supply the malls with its quality products. With satisfied customers, the business was growing faster which made the owner decided to put up a manufacturing firm in 1999. As successful operations, the firm has expanded year by year until now, so much so, that the owner needs a partner who can buy shares of stocks and participate in its operations if necessary. A 40% buyout by the prospective buyer is just the right move to expand the company and give opportunity to the new partnership. The company’s products are seen salable in big malls not only in Metro Manila, but thru out the country. A potential for new product lines await the new partnership.
